In person One on one counselling and psychotherapy sessions aimed at helping you to develop greater awareness, process unresolved life experience and build better relationships. Each session follows your specific needs at the time and may include a mix of traditional counselling, somatic exploration, breathwork and other process oriented relational exercises.
